I too hope you and your brothers and sister remain unscathed. It&#039;s a heavy thing to have hanging over ones head. 

Late onset Alzheimer&#039;s is a bit of a roll of the dice -- even if you have the &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.nia.nih.gov/Alzheimers/Publications/geneticsfs.htm&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;genetic susceptibility&lt;/a&gt; -- so it may have just been coincidence that both your grandmother and mother succumbed to it. Your doing the best things for yourself: eating well and exercising and keeping your mind active and creative.</description>
